On the day of arrival at your ski hotel in Austria, your room will be available from 2.00 p.m. On the day of your departure, we kindly ask you to leave your room by 10.00 a.m. We can usually offer you to store your baggage in the hotel till you leave. If the arrival or departure time does not match your requirements then get in touch with the family Gratz: If possible, your room will be available also outside the usual arrival and departure hours without surcharge.

The 30 km long valley of Großarl in the province of Salzburg is situated 70 km south of the cultural city Salzburg. In summer:
Shuttle service of the hotel Gratz from the train stations St. Johann/Pongau, Bischofshofen or Schwarzach.

In Winter:
The ski bus takes you free of charge from the train station to Großarl. If you prefer, you can also take a taxi.

The family Gratz at your ski hotel in Austria is looking forward to welcome you. Your day starts with a delicious breakfast buffet where you will find numerous regional specialities. In the evening you will be delighted by the 3 course diner (in summer we organise barbecue evenings). In summer you can also enjoy a coffee and a house-made cake in the afternoon once a week.

If you don´t book the half-board, we subtract 10 euro daily from the whole holiday rate.

Maria and Sepp Gratz, your hosts at the ski hotel in Austria, know the valley of Grossarl and the mountains of the province of Salzburg like the back of their hand. Look forward to a top hiking service at the your hike hotel Gratz: Rental of hiking equipment, hiking maps and backpacks, organization of hiking tours, three guided hiking tours with varying difficulty levels per week with a certified hiking guide, additional hiking at sunrise, DVD with photos of your hiking tour as a souvenir.
