Early Bird Specials
5% discount for all online reservations made six months before arrival.
If you don´t want to book the half-board accommodation, we subtract 10 euro daily from the entire holiday rate.
Your dog can stay at your room free of charge! However, we hope you understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the wellness area.

Cash, EC-card or by bank transfer upon pre-payment. Unfortunately, we can´t accept any credit cards at the moment.

Cancellation Policy
A sample of the cancellation conditions as stipulated in the Austrian Hotel Contracting Conditions 2006 (AGBH 2006 – amended on the 15th of Novembre 2006):
- Cancellations within 1 month prior to arrival: 40%
- Cancellations within 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival: 70%
- Cancellations within the last week prior to arrival: 90%
from the entire holiday rate
In order to avoid a cancellation fee, we recommend to take a holiday cancellation insurance coverage which you can book directly through the hotel Gratz.

Summer 2010
We enlarge our hotel for you!
As we would like to make our hotel even more comfortable, we work on the building from the
10th of April till the 14th of August:
- Underground parking
- Lift
- Enlargement of the sauna
- Additional restaurant with a terrace for non-smokers
- Extension of the rooms on the 1st floor (separate living room)
- Sun terrace on the 1st floor
- 4 new rooms on the 3rd floor
Work on the building's interior is expected to last until the 7th of August 2010. As we don´t want our guests to be disturbed by the construction work, we re-open the hotel on the 14th of August 2010. Our webcam and blog will keep the public up to speed on the progress we are making in the construction of our hotel.
